职位名称：供应链主管 / 高级供应链主管工作地点： 北美地区岗位职责：协助管理和优化供应链各个环节，包括仓库运营、运输管理和项目管理。协调和监督物流运输，分析运输效率，识别并实施改进措施，降低运输成本。参与供应链项目的策划与执行，与内部团队及外部供应商保持良好沟通与合作。进行数据分析，生成报告以支持决策，优化供应链流程。跟踪、评估和报告仓储和运输的绩效指标，推动持续改进。在需要时，协助处理客户询问和投诉，提供专业建议和解决方案。任职要求：本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流、运营管理或相关领域专业优先。2年以上供应链相关工作经验，尤其在仓库运营、运输管理或项目管理方面的背景者优先。优秀的分析能力和解决问题的能力，能够通过数据驱动决策。较强的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能够与各方有效沟通，推动项目进展。熟悉相关供应链管理软件和工具，具备Excel等数据处理软件的操作能力。具备项目管理经验者优先。Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor / Senior Supply Chain SupervisorLocation: North AmericaJob Responsibilities:Assist in managing and optimizing various aspects of the supply chain, including warehouse operations, transportation management, and project management.Coordinate and oversee logistics transportation, analyze transportation efficiency, identify and implement improvement measures to reduce transportation costs.Participate in the planning and execution of supply chain projects, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and optimize supply chain processes.Track, assess, and report on warehouse and transportation performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints when necessary, providing professional advice and solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.Over 2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, particularly in warehouse operations, transportation management, or project management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset, able to effectively communicate and drive project progress with various stakeholders.Familiarity with relevant supply chain management software and tools, with proficiency in data processing software such as Excel.Project management experience is a plus.
