Responsible for assigning purchase orders and ensure all the invoices and receivables are handled correctly and timely.What You’ll DoCreate and place purchase orders with multiple vendors to ensure all inventory and non-inventory items are available for the branch. Process all returns and determines when warranty is in effect for faulty equipment.Ensures all equipment is properly placed against the assigned project/jobs.Conducts quarterly inventory with Operations Staff and reconciles inventory count variance and associated asset value.
