Responsibilities
Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability
Support medication remin
Provide companionship and social engagement to promote mental health and emotional well-being
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining nutritional needs
Use transfer belts to ensure safe mobility and transfers
Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties and adhering to infection control standards
Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with team members about residents’ needs
Requirements
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred
Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and behavior management techniques
Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities of any kind
Ability to work with the elderly
Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving
Valid driver’s license for driving responsibilities if required for community outings or appointments
Physical ability to assist with mobility tasks such as lifting or transferring residents safely
Able to pass background check
Attend monthly trainings/ meetings

Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Work Location: On the road
