Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, tracking deadlines and deliverables, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing materials for leadership and stakeholders. The coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration, enhance communication, and support program goals. Duties also involve assisting with onboarding, training efforts, and mentorship initiatives to improve engagement and program effectiveness. The role supports performance improvement projects, participates in policy reviews, and helps monitor program outcomes through reporting and data analysis. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a structured healthcare or administrative environment.Requirements:A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of three years of administrative or strategic support experience. A Bachelor's Degree and experience in project coordination or project management are preferred. Candidates must be compliant with flu vaccination requirements, with only approved medical or religious exemptions allowed. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to interface with leadership and external stakeholders, and experience supporting program operations or departmental initiatives. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to track compliance, manage documentation, and contribute to performance reporting. A LA County Fire Card with a four-year expiration is required and highly preferred prior to start or within 30 days of assignment; failure to obtain it within the required timeframe may result in removal from the assignment.
