Certified Coding Supervisor

A company is looking for a Coding Supervisor to provide operational leadership for the coding team in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support coding staff, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance Monitor performance metrics and address staffing or compliance issues as needed Oversee daily coding operations and implement process improvements in collaboration with management Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional coding experience in inpatient and/or outpatient settings Active coding credential (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC) Prior experience in a formal supervisory role is preferred Strong knowledge of coding regulations and audit processes Associates degree in Health Information Management or higher is preferred
