This responsibility should always focus on increasing the center's sales, drawing in new customers and contacts, maintaining center accounts, expanding our penetration into existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients. In additions to that we would like this person to have Design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.Customer Representative/Designer Responsibilities:Answering clients' questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-personProcessing incoming leads and promptly creating estimatesCalling clients and prospects to review their estimates, artwork, and ordersGathering clients' requirements to start designCreating print filesCreating and reviewing print specs and artwork before production to ensure the printed materials turn out as plannedAn AlphaGraphics Customer Representative performs the following:Assists in updating the mailing list databaseAssists sales rep functions and inside production when requestedFollows up and manages Inbound LeadsFollows up on targeted direct mail or local Shop mailingsKeep customers informed regarding their job's progress through the production processShows proficiency in regular use of CRM toolsEffectively manages all communication methods currently available to them to respond timely to customer inquiriesGenerating sales orders and processing paymentsKeeping clients up to date on the status of their print jobQualificationsAccount Management experience is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plusCalm, Compassionate and warm personalityHandles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful mannerAbility to multitask while staying organized and attentive to detailsExcellent time management skills with an aptitude for punctualityDesired2+ years of customer service experience1+ year of print or sign shop experienceProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignKnowledge of print terminology and design techniquesJ-18808-Ljbffr
