Warehouse Manager The Warehousing Center is looking for a Warehouse Manager who leads with excellence, integrity, and a team-first mindset. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments. This role is critical in maintaining smooth logistics flow, leading warehouse staff, and driving operational improvements — all while embodying our core values in daily work. What You Will Do Leadership & Supervision Oversee and prioritize daily warehouse operations, schedules, and staffing to ensure optimal productivity Hire, train, and develop warehouse team members Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations Manage discipline and terminations in accordance with company policies Lead Warehouse L10 meetings and manage the Warehouse L10 workspace in Bloom Operations Excellence Ensure all queued orders are picked, packaged, loaded, and shipped according to logistics schedules Guarantee outbound shipments are accurate and aligned with sales orders Ensure inbound deliveries are received, verified, and stocked efficiently Strategically manage and transfer inventory as needed Research and present ideas that improve warehouse efficiency and performance Participate in regularly scheduled meetings Required Skills & Experience · 3 years of Warehouse experience · Forklift Certification Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and lead in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications · 2+ years of supervisory experience · Inventory management experience · WMS/ERP systems experience · Forklift training/equipment management experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs multiple times per shift Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods Pay & Benefits Competitive full-time pay Quarterly and bi-annual bonus opportunities 401(k) with generous company match Health, dental, vision, company paid life insurance and Short-Term Disability Paid time off starts accruing immediately Supportive warehouse team environment Our Company Values We hire people who align with our culture and values: United, We Conquer We are team players who support one another and work toward the success of the entire company.
