As a consistent Best Place to Work and Top 100 accounting firm, we provide professionals with outstanding opportunities for growth, development, and career advancement.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced International Tax Supervisor to join our dynamic tax practice.What You'll DoAs an International Tax Supervisor, you will play a key role in serving a diverse client base while leading engagement teams and mentoring staff. Responsibilities include:Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their business and industry to identify opportunities and provide practical solutionsManaging engagement teams and overseeing deliverables, including tax returns and supporting workpapersPerforming detailed technical and strategic reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, timeliness, and budget complianceReviewing complex international, federal, and multi-state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individualsOverseeing foreign reporting requirements, including FBAR filings and Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 1120-F, and other international tax compliance mattersSupporting international tax planning initiatives and collaborating with Partners on complex client engagementsConducting tax research and translating technical findings into actionable client recommendationsMentoring, coaching, and developing team members through training, supervision, and performance feedbackContributing to a collaborative, high-performing team cultureWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field4+ years of public accounting tax experience, with a focus on international taxationStrong understanding of international tax compliance and reporting requirementsExperience reviewing and preparing Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, and FBAR filingsExposure to U.S. taxation of foreign entities and individuals, including GILTI, Subpart F, and foreign tax creditsAbility to research complex international tax issues and support planning strategiesStrong project management, leadership, and client relationship skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsCPA or EA designation (or actively pursuing certification)Experience with CCH Axcess, SurePrep, XCM, or similar tax technology platformsWhy Join Us?Work with a nationally recognized and growing public accounting firmCollaborate with experienced professionals on complex international tax mattersAccess ongoing professional development, technical training, and career advancement opportunitiesBe part of an award-winning workplace culture recognized for employee engagement and satisfactionComprehensive benefits package including health and dental coverage, generous paid time off, retirement savings plan, tuition assistance, and community involvement opportunitiesExcellent compensation package, performance incentives, and long-term career growth potentialIf you're looking to take the next step in your international tax career, we'd love to hear from you.
