In this leadership role, you will build and mentor a high-performing sales team, refine our consultative sales process, and implement strategies to consistently attract and convert qualified clients for our flat-fee Elder Law services. You will blend strong salesmanship with training, leadership and a client-first mindset, ensuring we grow revenue while maintaining the warm, trustworthy experience our clients expect. This is a key leadership position for someone who loves building and mentoring teams, hitting targets, and making a real impact in a growing firm.What you will be doingLead, coach, and mentor the sales team (including Professional Sales Consultants) to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to our flat-fee model, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and client retention.Oversee the full sales process — from intake and consultations to closing and handoff to the legal team.Analyze sales performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement training/coaching and process enhancements.Collaborate closely with the owners and marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.Build and maintain strong referral networks, community partnerships, and relationships with centers of influence.Ensure all sales activities reflect our caring, non-stuffy approach while maintaining professionalism and results.Monitor key metrics (conversion rates, average case value, pipeline health) and provide regular reports to leadership.Foster a positive, high-energy sales culture that aligns with our Non-Stuffy values.Who you are5–8+ years of sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a sales leadership.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful sales teams.You have to be a closer and to cultivate that mentality with the team.Experience in consultative sales, preferably in professional services, legal, financial services, insurance, or elder care.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable in a supportive way.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can close deals while making people feel genuinely cared for.Experience with CRM systems (we use Zoho) and sales analytics tools.You fully embrace our Non-Stuffy Attorneys® culture: You’re professional without being stiff, you prefer getting real work done over endless meetings about KPIs and SWOT analysis, and you enjoy a positive, supportive environment where people actually like coming to work.You’re competitively driven to hit big numbers and top the leaderboard, but you’re also a true team player who celebrates everyone’s wins because we all succeed together.You have to LOVE seeing the people around you succeed.
