Building Maintenance

Wayne Perry is growing! We are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Maintenance Technician with an emphasis on Electrical/Lighting Maintenance to join our Southern California team. Electrical work. Troubleshooting and repair of all lighting fixtures and systems. Including LED, fluorescent, lighting ballasts, drivers, contactors, breakers and circuit wiring. Lock repairs, replacing handles, door locks, magnetic locks, doors, etc. All building maintenance including tile, framing, painting, stucco, dry wall, etc. Minor repairs to fencing Concrete removal which includes pouring and finishing General maintenance work including, but not limited to cleaning drains, install blinds, concrete, asphalt patch, etc. Will use company laptop and software for time keeping, job dispatching, logging and uploading invoices/receipts, filling out work orders electronically and upload to job. Driving to different stations/job sites every day required Overtime and on-call required Work long hours and some nights as needed Experience and Education: Electrical Experience Required Non-Residential Lighting Technician (NRLT) Certification or General Electrician License is preferred but not required. Knowledgeable in electrical communication (data) Knowledge of Hand/Power Tools Must be proficient Microsoft outlook for email Skills and Abilities: Good customer service skills - will have contact with store employees and station managers Good written and verbal skills Effective and efficient communication On the spot problem solver Physical Requirements: Drive for 2+ hours/day Lift up to 50lbs Constant bending, kneeling Standing for long periods of time (8+ hours) Pay rate: $23.00 - $30.00 based on experience and certifications held.
