Beyond direct site service, you will play a critical role in supporting and training our dealer service engineers, ensuring that every DRGEM system in the field—whether direct or dealer-managed—operates at peak performance.📍 Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Dealer Support: Provide expert-level technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to dealer service engineers in the field.On-site Service Execution: Lead professional installation, preventative maintenance (PM), and emergency repairs for direct accounts.Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues via remote support tools for both dealers and end-users.Technical Training: Conduct training sessions for dealer technicians to ensure they are fully equipped to service DRGEM products.Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate service records and provide technical feedback to our global R&D team to improve product reliability.🔹 QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of experience in medical imaging service (X-ray preferred).Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in electronics, high-voltage circuits, mechanical systems, and DICOM/PACS networking.Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.Mobility: Must be based in or near Farmers Branch, TX.
