Job DescriptionBe available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.Other duties as assigned.Responsibilities Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent.Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.Computer experience preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
