Experienced Glass Installer – Join Our TeamWe are hiring installers at all experience levels for the fabrication and installation of glass and aluminum products, including windows, mirrors, shower doors, commercial storefronts, entrances, and more. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to build a long-term career with a well-established company.Position OverviewWe are looking for dependable, skilled installers who take pride in quality workmanship and customer service. Experienced installers will work independently or as part of a team, handling residential and commercial installations while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and efficiency.This role includes working with lead installers, project managers, and customers to ensure each installation is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule.ResponsibilitiesInstall glass and aluminum products including windows, doors, mirrors, shower doors, storefront systems, and commercial entrancesRead work orders, job specifications, and field measurements accuratelySafely operate ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and installation equipmentUse hand tools, power tools, and specialized glazing equipmentMaintain clean, organized job sites and company vehiclesFollow all company safety procedures and installation standardsCommunicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisorsSupport apprentices and trainee installers when neededRequirementsValid driver's license requiredAbility to lift up to 80 pounds on a regular basisComfortable working in all seasonal weather conditionsAbility to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work areasStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipReliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitudePreferred ExperienceExperience in glass installation, glazing, storefront systems, or commercial entrancesBackground in construction, carpentry, window installation, or related tradesExperience with fabrication and shop work is a plusSkillsStrong organizational skillsBasic math and measuring skillsProblem-solving abilityProfessional verbal and written communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and continue developing trade skillsCompensation & BenefitsPay based on experienceFull Benefits Package401(k) with Company MatchMonday – Friday ScheduleLong-term career growth opportunitiesIf you're looking for a stable company, strong team environment, and a career in the glass industry, we'd love to hear from you.Company DescriptionWell established Glass & Glazing Contractor.
