Apply via Dice today!Our client, a Global Tech company, is seeking a Program lead (Training & Enterprise Learning).Apply today for consideration!Job Title: Program lead (Training & Enterprise Learning)Location: RemoteDuration: 7+ Months with possibility of extensionPay range: $48 to $53 per hour (DOE)Job Description:Develop, maintain, and track customer training adoption plans aligned to customer objectives, maturity, and regional needs Increase awareness and understanding of programs across internal stakeholders by participating in account team meetings, QBRs, and regional planning sessionsAdvocate for and coordinate with other and GLD resources (e.g., delivery partners, academic partnerships, specialty teams) to support successful learning outcomesMonitor overall training engagement and progress for key customers, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areasSupport internal initiatives and projects with GTM, Product, and GLD teams to help scale programs and approaches within the Latin American region.Qualifications: Experience advising on or delivering training solutions or comparable enterprise learning programsMinimum 5 years of experience in enterprise consulting, account management, solution consulting, or training program leadershipExperience designing and supporting enterprise-level learning or change initiatives Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including customer leadership and internal regional teamsAbility to consolidate technical and learning-related information and present it clearly to diverse audiencesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with experience creating customer-facing materialsExperience incorporating analysis, reporting, and insights into program recommendations Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plusRussell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityRussell Tobin is an equal opportunity employer.
