Our strategy is meticulously tailored to meet our clients' unique financial needs, guaranteeing personalized and results-driven solutions.*We are looking for an associate attorney with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) litigation experience. Associate attorneys will have an expected caseload of approximately 50+ FCRA/FDCPA cases at any given time. The litigation work will include identifying violations of the FCRA/FDCPA, drafting and filing complaints, drafting discovery, attending necessary hearings, and negotiating resolution for clients.
