Technician - Building Maintenance

**Description****Summer Student****Reports To: Yard Manager****Classification: Hourly****Required Work Schedule:** 7:00am-3:30pm**Job Summary:**The Summer Student position is responsible for maintaining the yard/lawn/grounds by performing regular and directed grounds landscape maintenance. Mowing/Maintaining lawns: riding or push mowers, trimming, and edging around, shrubs, ground cover, sidewalks, and building. Painting floors, walls, handrails.
