For more than 30 years, our firm has been built on long-term relationships, disciplined growth, and a commitment to coordinating every aspect of our clients’ financial lives with precision and care. We are not an investment-centric firm. While we provide discretionary portfolio management, our work extends far beyond investments. We take responsibility for coordinating tax strategy, estate planning, cash flow, and major financial decisions—ensuring that nothing important is overlooked and that all pieces of a client’s financial life, and all of the associated professionals whom they employ work together. Our model is built on ongoing relationships and proactive engagement. We meet with clients quarterly and maintain continuous oversight throughout the year. Responsibility for follow-through does not sit with the client—it sits with us. This distinction is central to how we operate. We are a team-based firm by design. All clients are clients of the firm. Advisors are supported by planners, associates, and operational sta...ff so they can focus on client relationships, sound judgment, and thoughtful advice—not administrative burden or asset gathering. Our clients are typically high-earning, self-made individuals and families who value professionalism, delegation, and long-term partnership. They are not looking for transaction-based advice or market commentary. They are looking for a team that can manage complexity, coordinate across disciplines, and provide clarity over time. We grow intentionally. Each team onboards a limited number of new client families to preserve the depth, responsiveness, and consistency our clients expect. As a result, we are selective—both in the clients we serve and the professionals we bring into the firm. Who We Are Seeking We are seeking a Senior Advisor who brings experience, judgment, and professionalism to client relationships and who is aligned with a collaborative, relationship-driven model. This role is not designed for someone seeking to build a personal book of business or operate independently. It is for someone who values being part of a team, contributing to a shared standard of excellence, and doing thoughtful, high-quality work over the long term. The right candidate will:Bring meaningful experience and sound judgment to client conversationsBe comfortable operating in a collaborative environment where responsibility is sharedValue preparation, follow-through, and consistency—not just advice deliveryTake pride in elevating the work and development of those around themBe motivated by the quality of their work and relationships, not by sales or asset growthThis role is best suited for someone who has already proven themselves in the industry and is now seeking a more collaborative, relationship-focused environment How We Measure Success At Stepp & Rothwell, success is measured by:The strength and longevity of our client relationshipsThe clarity and confidence our clients experienceThe consistency and follow-through of our work Success is NOT measured by AUM. We are not driven by growth for growth’s sake. We are driven by doing the work well. Show moreShow lessConnections working at Stepp & Rothwell, Inc.https://jobs.nicsa.org/jobs/22224414/senior-advisor
