If you take pride in your work and love the idea of earning more when you bring value to customers, this one's for you.What you'll earn: 30 - 40 Hours per weekStarting at $18 - 20/hr (with raises as skills and responsibility increase) Plus commission when you identify and upsell additional treatments — your hustle directly pays offWhat you'll do:Inspect and treat homes & businesses for ants, roaches, mosquitoes, rodents, termites, wildlife and moreApply safe, effective treatments and follow up for lasting resultsAssist with professional lighting installation — including rooflines, gutters, and exterior décorBuild real relationships with customers and represent our brand with professionalismWhat we're looking for:Valid driver's license & clean driving record Comfortable working on roofs and ladders — this is a regular part of the jobGreat attitude and strong customer-facing communication skillsComfortable working outdoors year-round in Texas weatherLicensed pesticide applicator a plus — we'll support the right candidate through trainingWhat Your Future Looks Like Here:We're building something — and we want the right person to grow with us.
