The Technician is required to meet with all outside contractors to direct and aid the contractor during the course of the job, and also Technician will report back to the Foreman on the status and completion of the job.2. It will be the Technicians • responsibility to maintain an inventory of parts and materials at the shop. If the inventory is low, the Technician will need to inform the Foreman so parts can be ordered.3.Painting, light carpentry, light landscaping. Suspended ceilings, Motor Vehicle operation, lawn maintenance equipment operation. Must be able to lift 50lbs or more. Must be able to use ladders and aerial equipment. Some mechanical knowledge a plus but not required.
