What You Will Be Doing: Manage a $2 million book of business (Middle Market & VIP Combined) Contact with clients by phone and email Conduct renewal reviews Remarket existing book / round out and identify new business opportunities Provide day-to-day servicing including policy changes and claims reporting/follow-up Handle dealer calls for car replacement/additions Maintain company and underwriting contacts Prepare and follow up on renewal quotes Experience You Will Need: Licensed Personal Lines Account Executive Agency employment experience Familiarity with AMS 360 & Vertafore management system (Experience a plus) Experience with E & S carriers Ability to work well under pressure Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
