We combine advanced hardware, materials, and software to deliver a full-stack platform for on-demand production and prototyping.We are at the frontier of digital manufacturing, and we’re seeking team members who want to help shape the future of how products are made.Job Description:RLP is seeking a Post-Sales Support Engineer to ensure the success of customers after purchase—whether they've bought our printer, use our materials, or rely on our printing service. This technical and customer-facing role ensures smooth onboarding, field implementation, and long-term satisfaction by acting as the main technical resource post-sale.Responsibilities and Duties:Support customer onboarding, installation, and training for printers and softwareAct as the first technical point of contact for customer issues and requestsWork closely with engineering to diagnose and resolve field issuesProvide hands-on support both remotely and in person for installations, upgrades, or repairsDocument recurring problems and help inform product improvementsCollaborate with Customer Support and Sales to ensure a seamless customer journeyPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or post-sales engineeringBackground in mechanical or electrical systems, or experience with industrial hardwareStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsWillingness to travel to customer sitesComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environmentBenefits Overview:12 weeks paid parental leaveStock optionsNo set limit to vacation days401(k)planIf you’re passionate about emerging technologies and want to help manufacturers create the next generation of products, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
