Job Title: Field Support AnalystDuration: 1 year contract – can extendLocation: Los Angeles, CA - 90071 (100% onsite) Description:Field Support AnalystOverviewEnd-user client services is a major component of this role Candidate will be working as part of a team Key Responsibilities (Typical Day)General desktop support Hardware and software support Support a wide range of end users Respond to and manage tickets Maintain office technology Provide front-facing customer service Deliver Level 1 & Level 2 enterprise software support Backend office support (MS Office) Work with: MS Intune Active Directory Remote management tools Handle incident and request management Required Skills (Must Have)Strong technical skills Strong customer service skills Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience supporting large companies (>10,000 end users) Experience in: Commercial Real Estate Banking Law firms Experience with: Apple iOS Adobe Acrobat Microsoft Office 365 Outlook troubleshooting Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Mac systems Software & ToolsMS Intune Ticketing systems MS Office Suite Soft SkillsExcellent customer service skills Ability to perform well in high-pressure environments Experience Requirements5+ years of experience EducationBachelor’s degree preferred If no degree, an additional 3 years of relevant experience required CertificationsA+ certification is not required, but is a strong plus
