Job Title: Process Control EngineerLocation: Tucson, AZContract duration: 6 Month contract with potential for extension or conversion Job Summary We are seeking a Process Control Engineer to support the design, procurement, and validation of electrical and hydraulic components by collaborating closely with engineers and suppliers. You will manage RFQs, purchase orders, and APQP activities while analyzing data and ensuring high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background, experience in manufacturing or procurement, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of APQP and CAD/Creo is highly preferred. This is an on-site, full-time position with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge technology development in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers on part design and manufacturability. Manage RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier communications. Apply APQP and PPAP processes to ensure quality and production readiness. Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and 3D CAD models. Analyze production workflows, time/motion studies, and equipment utilization. Plan and coordinate work assignments based on capacity and schedules. Prepare visualizations of workflow, floor layouts, and material handling. Generate data analysis reports and identify deviations from standards. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
