What You'll Do Deliver unwavering hospitality on the floor, present, connected, and attentive to every guest Set the tone for a team that treats hospitality as a shared responsibility, not just a job duty Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a strong FOH and BOH team, coaching hospitality as much as skill Manage labor, cost of goods, and budgets with a steady, thoughtful hand Build schedules that keep the team supported and the guest experience consistent Champion the guest experience end to end, anticipating needs, resolving concerns with care, and responding to feedback personally Foster a culture where the team feels the same hospitality they're asked to extend to guests, respected, coached, and set up to succeed What You Bring 4+ years of General Manager experience in restaurants or hospitality Multi-unit leadership experience preferred A genuine, contagious passion for hospitality and guest service A steady, confident decision-making style and strong financial know-how (P&L, labor, COGS, budgeting) A leadership style rooted in accountability, humility, and follow-through A track record of building teams that guests and each other love working with Compensation & Benefits $85,000–$95,000 base salary Quarterly bonus potential tied to store performance Medical, dental, and vision coverage with company contribution Company-paid life insurance; voluntary short/long-term disability Telehealth with no co-pays (Nice Healthcare) 401(k) with company match, eligible after 3 months 15 days PTO annually, frontloaded 50% dining discount across all company restaurants for self +3 $50 monthly dining stipend Closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, plus two additional days for employee celebration events Employee Assistance Program Free parking Our Properties & Partnerships Jester Concepts is home to a diverse and growing collection of Twin Cities hospitality concepts, including Parlour Minnaepolis, Parlour and Revival Food Trucks, Parlour St. Paul, P.S.
