Localization Program Manager

In this role, you'll be the linchpin between product development, engineering, and localization teams, ensuring products are successfully adapted for Spanish-speaking markets. This is a hybrid role that requires time every week onsite in the Seattle area.ResponsibilitiesManage localization programs and projects, overseeing the full localization lifecycle from initial planning to delivery.Act as a liaison, serving as the primary point of contact between engineering, product, marketing, and the localization team.Develop and implement localization strategies, creating scalable and efficient processes and leveraging technology to improve quality and speed.Provide technical expertise and support for localization tools, platforms, and workflows, while also troubleshooting any issues.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the status and success of localization efforts, identifying areas for improvement.QualificationsNative-level fluency in Spanish is required.A minimum of four years of experience in localization program or project management, with a strong understanding of market localization. Proven experience with localization tools and platforms, such as CAT tools, TMS, and QA tools.A strong technical background with a good grasp of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
