Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.Job responsibilitiesCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficienciesSupports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsRaises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resourcesManage product offerings, update roadmaps, client engagement, and continuous improvementPromote Agile practices and assist the team in transitioning from current processesSupport Team Leads in fostering a culture of ownership, responsibility, and qualityFacilitate and participate in stakeholder communication to prioritize work and meet business objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to define epics and stories with clear acceptance criteriaBalance prioritization of issues, business-as-usual tasks, and project deliverablesProvide stakeholders with timely progress reports, highlighting successes and risksManage team risk and security requirements, escalating gaps and implementing remediation plansRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain areaExperience executing operational management and change readiness activitiesExperience in product deployment processesBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk ManagementAbility to develop and articulate business cases and features with financial implicationsStrong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and results-driven, with a willingness to challenge the status quo for improvementHigh energy and capability to work under pressure with minimal supervisionProficiency in Agile methodologies and creating product artifacts like roadmaps and user journeysExcellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences, and strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with diverse stakeholdersPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleExpertise in product management, strong UI/UX background, and user-centric designStrong REACT, FIGMA and EXDS background. Knowledgeable in AI/ML and large data sets.
