The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of clinical cases, promote overall wellness, and coordinate care through referrals when necessary.Key Responsibilities• Patient Care & Clinical Duties• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions• Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and preventive care• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care• Follow established clinical protocols and quality standards• Participate in on-call rotation as assignedQuality & Compliance• Adhere to all clinical guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews• Ensure accurate documentation for billing and compliance• Community Engagement• Support community health initiatives and outreach programs• Participate in health education events and local activities as neededRequirements• MD or DO from an accredited medical school• Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics• Active Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)• Valid DEA License & Current BLS certification• Basic computer proficiency and EMR experienceBenefits:• Full Suites Of BenefitsApply Now, feel free to call at (972) 928-2369 or vishal.kumar@protouchstaffing.com
