Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations for our U.S. business. This role oversees accounting, reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, AR/AP management, and banking activities across our growing U.S. operations. You will also collaborate closely with international teams to support business performance and ensure alignment with global financial standards. ResponsibilitiesFinance Operations & AccountingLead full-cycle accounting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.Prepare management reports and financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.Manage key accounting areas such as fixed assets, accruals, amortization, and reconciliations.Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.Accounts Receivable & BillingOversee invoicing, payment tracking, and customer account management for B2B and B2C clients.Monitor incoming payments, resolve discrepancies, and manage credit control.Improve cash collection efficiency and reduce DSO.Accounts Payable & Vendor ManagementManage invoice review, purchase order matching, and payment runs.Maintain effective relationships with vendors and service providers.Ensure timely and accurate AP processing while optimizing payment cycles.Tax ComplianceSupport federal and state tax filings, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and franchise tax.Coordinate with U.S. tax advisors to ensure compliance across all applicable jurisdictions.Assist with preparation of required annual information forms such as 1099s.Banking & Cash FlowManage company bank accounts, including transactions, reconciliations, and daily balances.Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts to support operational needs.Strengthen internal controls for payments (ACH, wire, check) and fraud prevention.Financial Systems & Process ImprovementUtilize accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar platforms.Enhance financial SOPs, including billing, expense reimbursement, and reconciliation workflows.Support standardization and operational alignment across regions.Cross-Team CollaborationProvide financial insights and analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making.Work closely with teams across regions to share data, streamline processes, and ensure timely communication.Qualifications5+ years of full-cycle financial management experience in the United States.Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or related industries is preferred.Strong background in U.S. GAAP, multi-state tax concepts, and hands-on sales tax compliance.Direct experience in AR, AP, closing, and audits is required.CPA certification preferred, or equivalent technical expertise.Strong proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, Xero, etc.) and advanced Excel.Excellent financial accuracy, analytical thinking, and data interpretation.Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.Strong business mindset with the ability to support operational decisions through financial insights.Resilient under pressure, especially during closing and audit cycles.
