Brief Description
Under broad guidance, the Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Department of Learning and Development, including the HRSD Apprenticeship Program and quality training programs. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the handling of confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. The position requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across all organizational levels.

Education
Required
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Desired
Associate’s degree in business administration or related field, advanced courses in software applications and business at the college level
Experience
Required
Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including three years of organizing, coordinating, and prioritizing multiple projects and assignments, with significant experience working with a diverse group of internal and external customers
Three years of experience in a prior role requiring frequent interactions with diverse groups of individuals, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures
Licenses and Certifications Requirements
Valid driver’s license from state of residence
