Program Specialist

A company is looking for a Program Specialist to support project and operations delivery in North Georgia or Chattanooga, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities Coordinate between customers, field staff, management, and contractors to ensure timely project completion Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports, create invoices, and manage program documentation Address customer satisfaction concerns and manage inventory and distribution of energy-saving devices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of relevant professional experience Strong customer service skills with a focus on energy conservation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Smartsheet Ability to perform intermediate-level functions in Excel for calculations and analysis
