The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of our storage facilities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving financial and operational goals. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, renting storage units, maintaining the property, completing administrative tasks, and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new clients. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and a strong sense of accountability in delivering a safe and convenient facility for our tenants. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to address customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and provide exceptional service.Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and customer acquisition, with a focus on driving rental growth.Property Maintenance: Familiarity with general building maintenance, cleanliness standards, and safety protocols to ensure a well-maintained facility.Administrative Skills: Proficiency in managing records, financial reporting, and operational documentation, as well as strong organizational skills.Technology and Software: Comfortable using property management and inventory software tools, as well as general computer applications.Relevant Experience: Previous experience in property management, customer service, or related fields is a plus.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certifications in property management or a related area are an asset.Other: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as walking the property or managing light maintenance, is required.
