Hydraulic Product Support

Job Description Hydraulic Product SupportThis position provides technical assistance and product support for hydraulic components and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with fluid power products and enjoy helping customers find solutions to their equipment needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide technical support for hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and related components.Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting and application questions.Work closely with the sales team to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction.Prepare quotes and assist with order processing when needed.Maintain Strong product knowledge and stay current with hydraulic technologies.Qualifications:Experience with hydraulic systems or fluid power products preferred.Ability to read and understand hydraulic schematics is a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Mechanical or technical background preferred.Customer service or inside sales experience is beneficial.Physical Requirement:Working at desk in office environment.Education and Experience Required:High school diploma or equivalent required.Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
