Management Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToAnalyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.Track program/project status and schedules.Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures.Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or an Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline and 7+ years of relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree3+ years of experience performing work related to Management AnalysisExperience supporting defense contractsExperience with Microsoft Suite, TEAMs, or AdobePreferred QualificationsExperience with Navy Acquisition and/or Naval Intelligence effortsFamiliarity with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operationsExcellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience conducting briefings to Senior Military & Civil Service personnelClearance RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active TS/SCI security clearance.Physical RequirementsThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
