Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) We're looking for an Android Developer who can move quickly, build polished mobile experiences, and turn ideas into working prototypes. This role is focused on developing modern Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for next-generation connected products and devices. What You'll Do Build Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose Rapidly develop prototypes, MVPs, and proof-of-concepts Create intuitive user experiences for small-screen devices Collaborate with product, design, embedded, and engineering teams Debug, optimize, and improve application performance Translate concepts into production-ready mobile experiences What You Need 5+ years of Android development experience Strong Kotlin expertise Strong Jetpack Compose experience Experience shipping Android applications Experience building prototypes and MVPs in fast-paced environments Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles Experience with Git Nice to Have Embedded, IoT, or connected-device experience MVVM or Clean Architecture REST APIs and data integration Performance optimization and memory management Consulting or product-development environment experience Ideal Background You've built Android applications from the ground up, enjoy rapid product development, and are comfortable working across evolving requirements. You're hands-on, collaborative, and excited by new technology.
