Certifications:Possess a valid SIP certification. Analytical Skills:Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Industry Knowledge:In-depth understanding of Workers' Compensation guidelines and compliance regulations. Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various database management systems. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims Possess a comprehensive understanding of the California Labor Code as it applies to workers' compensation claims Reviewing billing summaries Identifying any signs of fraud and making proper referrals for further investigation Pursue subrogation when necessary, and offer superior customer service to all parties involved Ensure timely responses to all communications, addressing telephone inquiries Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 Per Year
