In this role, you'll take ownership of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring new product features launch and function seamlessly and continuously aligns with our broader organizational objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR Technology strategies that align with the organization's objectives.Oversee the implementation of new HRIS technologies and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.Collaborate with HR team members to identify system needs and enhancements.Analyze HR data and metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendationsServe as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions.Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRIS and technology to recommend improvements.Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Develop business cases for implementations/enhancements.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related fieldMaster’s degree in HRIS preferredHRIP Certification preferredExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR management.Experience with HRIS software and tools, Paylocity Experience preferredProven experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.Work Location While this position is fully remote, the ideal candidate is located within driving distance to any of South College's on ground campus locations in:Atlanta, GAAsheville, NCDallas, TXIndianapolis, INKnoxville, TNMarietta, GANashville, TNOrlando, FLPittsburgh, PA If product updates and innovation excites you … come work at South College.
