Software Support Specialist
Be part of a growing fast paced organization. This is technical support work in the maintenance and daily operation of application system. Work involves supporting a Microsoft Office environment; administering vendor software; and support for application software; configuration, troubleshooting, and administration. An employee in this class must be a self-starter who is highly motivated and able to independently complete tasks with minimum supervision.
Minimum Qualifications. Applicants must:
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree .
Possess and maintain a valid Driver License.
Have previous experience in supporting computer hardware and software.
Have previous experience supporting a Microsoft environment.
Have previous experience providing end user support and training.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Be able to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.

Desirable Qualifications. Preferred applicants:
Have considerable progressive experience in web applications
Are willing and able to learn new skills to complete tasks
Be proficient in work planning and scheduling.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $37.00 per hour
