At Prinsco, Regional Engineers help win projects by building trust with engineers, agencies, and partners. In this role, you’ll use your technical background and people skills to get Prinsco products specified, approved, and used on stormwater projects.This is a great fit for an engineer who likes being out in the field, enjoys influencing decisions early, and wants to see their work turn into real results.What You’ll DoBuild strong relationships with consulting engineers, agencies, and customersGet Prinsco products specified and approved on stormwater projectsSupport Sales with technical expertise, project reviews, and value‑engineering ideasLead Lunch & Learns, presentations, and technical conversationsSpot upcoming projects early and help remove technical objectionsWork closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to close the loopWhat we're looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)5+ years of engineering, stormwater, or technical sales experience preferredPE license preferred (or in progress)Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearlyOrganized, self‑driven, and comfortable managing a territoryWilling to travel (up to ~50%)Why PrinscoWe value people who build relationships, do what’s right, and help solve problems.
