CNA, CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT 7-3, SIGN ON BONUS, DAILY PAY

ProMedica Washington Township - We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The CNA provides direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and helps residents with daily living activities to promote comfort, dignity, and overall wellness.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulating residents using proper body mechanics and transfer equipment.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.Follow infection control and safety procedures in compliance with facility policies.Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to resident care plans.Support residents' rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and facility guidelines.Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in [State Name].CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required depending on facility policy).Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred but not required.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Exposure to bodily fluids, infectious diseases, and cleaning chemicals.Competitive payShift differentialsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career advancementContinuing education support
