Stakeholders include: Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Support teams across the Power and Motion Control Business and functions. You will report to Sr. Business Operations Manager. You will work Hybrid in Mequon, WI.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead cross functional teams to achieve process improvementAchieve project deliverables (time, cost and goals) and productivity results through improvement sustainmentPositively lead teams and organizations through changeCommunicate with teams and leadership to ensure support for resources and buy-in for changeListen to and grasp team and project stakeholder needs to cultivate collaborationNavigate corporate culture / developing positive working relationships with stakeholders and project team(s)Lead materials cost savings projectsExperience hands-on leadership of cross-functional and cross-geography process improvement projectsFacilitate Value Stream Map & Kaizen events with experience in challenging situations and overcoming setbacksPartner with sourcing, OES, SSO, CE, Development, MFG and other functions to identify and deliver cost savings projectsManage data to find improvement opportunities through prioritizationComfortable leading change in areas outside of subject matter expertise.The Essentials – You Will HaveBachelor's Degree in relevant field.Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
