Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).Certifications ChemoSpecialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Infusion Therapy in last 3 years.EMR Must have experience with EMRs.Skills Assessment INF skills assessment with 2.7+ score.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent or temporary employee of Beth Israel Lahey in the past 6 months.Additional Confirmations Experience accessing and deaccessing IVADs, with PICC lines, starting peripheral IVs, with Alaris infusion pumps, with blood transfusions, and with CADD pumps for home infusion therapy is required.Additional Confirmations Phlebotomy proficiency is required.Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.NOMAD BENEFITSHousing: Stipend provided.
