We've signed multiple enterprise contracts that we're going to be raising a Series A to deliver on. We need a dynamic leader at this exciting inflection point as we prepare for rapid scaling. As Head of Clinical Operations and Strategic Partnerships, you'll report to the physician founders and leadership team to support our signed enterprise contracts, including the largest cardiologist network in the US, and strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to move at startup speed.Core Focus AreasStrategic Partnerships & Business Development:Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with MedTech leaders, hospital systems, device manufacturers, and key opinion leadersDevelop partnership frameworks that unlock new distribution channels and co-development opportunitiesFundraising & Investor Relations: Lead preparation of investor materials: pitch decks, financial models, due-diligence packsCultivate and maintain relationships with VCs, strategic investors, and grant agenciesClinical Operations Excellence:Oversee end-to-end clinical logistics: patient onboarding, liaising with physician offices, data coordinationStreamline workflows at our diagnostic treatment facility alongside cardiac techniciansKey ResponsibilitiesDrive partnership strategy and close high-value agreements to accelerate market adoptionCoordinate all fundraising activities and manage investor communicationsLiaise closely with the development team to align product roadmaps with clinical needsLead customer post-sale implementation and integrationsLead recruitment and performance evaluation for operations and partnership rolesImplement and manage patient SMS workflows that will be billed to insurances, ensuring timely patient outreach, consent capture, and integrations with SafeBeat applicationDevelop and optimize the Chronic Care Management (CCM) care plan process including care-plan drafting, patient engagement messaging, and documentation trackingOversee patient onboarding workflows, including device setup, training materials, consent processes, and initial monitoring configuration to ensure a smooth transition into our care programsRequirementsAdvanced degree in Engineering, Science, or Business3+ years of Technical/Industry experience including Operations and Business Leadership, and Forming Strategic PartnershipsExceptional technical/scientific writing and presentation skills for both academic and investor audiencesStrong analytical, negotiation, and project-management capabilitiesExcellent organization, task management/follow-through, and closed-loop communication with the teamComfortable working evenings/weekends as needed to hit aggressive milestonesSafeBeat was named one of TechCrunch's top YC Demo Day companies with unicorn potential—and we're already in active clinical trials.
