Manager, Data Management Program Lead, Hematology

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Data Management Program Lead, Hematology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.This role will guide clinical data management program activities supporting hematology studies, with a strong emphasis on data quality, process consistency, and timely execution. The manager will partner closely with study teams, program leads, and external vendors to reduce risk and keep data deliverables on track. This is a highly collaborative role that helps standardize data management practices while supporting operational excellence across the portfolio.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $123,200 – $163,200 annuallyResponsibilities Lead and influence clinical study teams to mitigate study risks Oversee the performance of data managers to meet timelines and ensure data quality Participate in initiatives aimed at standardizing data management processes and technology Collaborate with program leads to ensure consistency in data handling Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely data deliverables Develop EDC databases and generate reports with database builders Review clinical trial data according to validation specificationsQualifications 8+ years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry 5+ years of experience as a Lead Data Manager Strong project management skills Proficiency in oncology clinical data management Working knowledge of multiple EDC systems, with Medidata Rave preferred Ability to influence cross-functional teams during decision-making processes Good understanding of ICH guidelines and the regulatory environment related to data management Experience developing Data Management standardsBenefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match Flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA) Life insurance coverage Generous paid time off Wellness programs Equity ownership opportunities for all employeesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
