Junior Project ManagerLocation: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Onsite)Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-HireSchedule: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with experience supporting software implementation projects who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams. The Junior Project Manager will play a key role in driving project execution, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.This position begins as a 6-month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time permanent role based on performance and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport software implementation initiatives from planning through execution and post-launch activities.Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and leadership.Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and roadblocks.Organize and lead project status meetings, documenting action items and ensuring follow-through.Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting materials.Assist with change management and user adoption efforts during system implementations.Work independently in situations with limited direction, helping bring structure and clarity to evolving project requirements.Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.Required Qualifications1–4 years of project coordination, project management, or implementation experience.Experience supporting software implementation projects.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proven ability to coordinate tasks, stakeholders, and project deliverables.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.Preferred QualificationsExposure to or experience with Workday implementations.Experience working within higher education environments.Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.Experience supporting enterprise software rollouts, system upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of project coordination efforts.
