Full Stack Engineer - React JS/Node JS

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and APIs using Node.js.Build responsive and user-centric frontend applications using React.js.Design, develop, and maintain production-grade RESTful APIs.Contribute to system architecture, microservices design, scalability, and performance optimization.Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions.Develop and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application quality.Participate throughout the complete SDLC, from requirements analysis through deployment and production support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance and reliability improvements.Use Python for backend services, automation, scripting, or system integrations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.6–8 years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused software development.Strong expertise in: Node.js, Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks, React.js & RESTful API design and developmentStrong understanding of: SQL and NoSQL databases, Database design, optimization, and performance tuning, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar toolsMicroservices architectureDistributed systemsSoftware design patterns and development best practicesExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.Working knowledge of Python; experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks is a plus.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
