Company Description Poundmaker’s Lodge Treatment Centres is an Aboriginal accredited addiction and mental health treatment facility grounded in cultural and spiritual traditions. Since 1973, the Centre has been a pioneer in both national and global addiction treatment. It welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, aligning its approach with traditional First Nations, Métis, and Inuit teachings combined with 12-Step, abstinence-based recovery models. Role Description We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of Poundmaker's Lodge Treatment Centres in Centre, IN. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing staff, ensuring the facility's compliance with operational and safety standards, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for staff, clients, and visitors. Key responsibilities also include supervising facility maintenance, implementing organizational policies, coordinating staff schedules, and supporting overall program delivery and efficiency. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, including team coordination and conflict resolution.Experience overseeing facility maintenance, safety, and operational compliance.Proficient in administrative and organizational tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and report writing.Knowledge of addiction treatment programs, particularly those integrating cultural and spiritual practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support team collaboration and interact with diverse populations.Experience working within Indigenous communities or knowledge of Indigenous cultures and traditions is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.Ability to adapt and respond effectively to dynamic situations in a mental health and addiction treatment context.
