Full-Time Lead Housekeeper

Full-Time Lead Housekeeper Allegro Living is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to join their team at Allegro Fleming Island, responsible for cleaning vacant and occupied apartments, as well as maintaining public and common areas. The position offers a pay rate of $16.25 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and preferably have a minimum of one year of housekeeping experience. Key responsibilities include following a cleaning schedule, reporting maintenance issues, and managing cleaning supplies inventory. The primary responsibility of the Lead Housekeeper is to clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in and maintain all public and common space as well as clean occupied apartments on a weekly basis or as scheduled, follow the cleaning schedule outlined for the cleaning of the common areas of the community, and assure that the highest degree of cleanliness is always maintained. Location: Allegro Fleming Island Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm Pay: $16.25/hr higher depending on experience Areas of Responsibility: Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using Company Checklist. Report any problem areas to the Maintenance Director. Clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using Company Checklist. Report any problem areas to Maintenance Director. Deep clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested. Keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply and report items needed to the Maintenance Director. Required Qualifications: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must possess familiarity with safe operation of cleaning equipment, vacuums, chemical, and spray bottles. Must possess good decision making, problem solving, time management, communication, and leadership skills. Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening. The community is a drug free workplace. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience preferred.
