Clinical Data Management OpportunityWe’re partnering with a growing CRO organization to hire a Data Management Leader within their Data Sciences function. This is a key role focused on end-to-end delivery, combining operational oversight, strategic input, and strong people leadership.This is a 6-12month contract (Length depending on interview) with high possibility of extensionWhat you’ll be responsible for:Leading and developing a team of 8–15 Data Managers Ensuring high-quality, timely data management delivery across clinical programsActing as a subject matter expert on data collection strategy, database design, and data handling for analysis and regulatory submissionDriving operational excellence through process improvements and SOP developmentOverseeing budgets, forecasting, resourcing, and vendor management (EDC, IRT, ePRO, eConsent)Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure strong client and stakeholder satisfactionWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in clinical data management within a CRO or pharma environmentDemonstrated success leading mid-sized teams (8–15 people)Strong understanding of clinical systems, standards, and regulatory expectationsAbility to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem solvingThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.Interested, or know someone who’d be a strong fit?
