Wingstop is one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands, known for iconic flavor, craveable food, and a people-first culture. We are looking for a high-impact District Manager who can lead multiple restaurants, develop General Managers, and consistently deliver strong results in sales, guest experience, and profitability. Position Summary The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, people development, and financial performance of multiple Wingstop restaurants within an assigned district. This leader coaches General Managers, drives execution of brand standards, and ensures excellence in guest experience, food safety, and operational consistency. Key Responsibilities - Operations Excellence Lead and support multiple restaurant locations to consistently execute Wingstop standards Ensure excellence in food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service Partner with General Managers to execute company initiatives, promotions, and operational priorities Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews People Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, coach, and develop high-performing General Managers and Assistant Managers Build strong leadership pipelines and succession plans within the district Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Lead by example and reinforce Wingstop values and behaviors Financial Performance Drive sales growth, profitability, and controllable cost management Analyze P&L statements and partner with General Managers to improve results Ensure labor, food cost, and cash controls meet or exceed targets Execute budgets, forecasts, and action plans to deliver financial goals Guest Experience Champion a best-in-class guest experience across all locations Monitor guest feedback, SMG/SOS scores, and online reviews Ensure rapid and effective resolution of guest concerns Compliance & Brand Standards Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Maintain brand standards related to food safety, health inspections, and asset protection Ensure accurate execution of policies, procedures, and reporting requirements Qualifications 3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred) Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop salaried restaurant leaders Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance Demonstrated success driving sales, operational excellence, and team engagement Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to travel within assigned district and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Preferred Experience Wingstop or similar QSR brand experience Experience leading 5–10+ restaurant locations Background in high-volume operations What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding brand Supportive, performance-driven culture Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): What leadership qualities do you have that make you qualified for this position?
