Title: Maintenance Engineering Technician Location: Liberty, NCClient: TOYOTA PE Duration: 12+ Months (with high possibility of extension) Required Travel: 30% domestic and International: Japan for Meetings and Observations. May be after 3 months of hire.Job Description:We need someone highly technical with electrical circuits who would be doing modification of PLC programming and build the programming from the scratch if requiredCandidate should be proficient with Relay Logic and status of different switches in the electrical circuitsSoft Skills: team player, willing to teach others, positive attitude, self-starter, flexible to work on different schedules Responsibilities:Test and repair electrical equipment or systems. (Involving circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.)Strong ability to write, program, troubleshoot, modify and/or repair programmable logic controllers, robotics, cameras, and other electronic equipment.Troubleshoot and repair safety systems, machine components hydraulic and pneumatic.Plan and execute machine integration into mass production, levelling, adjustment and quality conformation for assigned work area.Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.Ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.Develop denwacho (detail schedule) for assigned work area / project.Participate in project planning with Engineering.Demonstrate the ability to learn new processes.Supporting Machine production trials at vendors and internal to Our ClientCertify Safety of Equipment per MMR/MMS (NFPA79 and ISO standards) via “Safety Integrity Check”Requirements: Industrial Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equipment installation and debugging experienceExperience with Electrical and/or mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environmentTechnical experience with PLCs in programming, including read, write and modify logicTechnical experience with Servo Motion ControllersTechnical experience with relay logic including wiring and troubleshootingTechnical experience with Robotics including programming and troubleshooting.Experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic troubleshooting and schematic readingAvailability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdownsAbility for business travel, both domestic and international - up to 30%.Added bonus if you have:Technical associate degree or higher or equivalent experienceExperience in Pre-Production set upExperience with Production Processes including Standardized Work (STW) and Job Instruction Sheets (JIS)Experience gathering and analysing quality data from multiple sourcesNew plant or facility startup experienceExperience with high volume production in a clean room environment.
